Leila Lewis was seeking a brand refresh on her website in celebration of 15 years in business. I created a custom brand questionnaire to determine her company voice, values, mission, and client demographics. I capitalized on key differentiators that make BIPR stand out in the space by highlighting their top position as industry leaders, vast professional network, relationships with key influencers, and impeccable reputation for overdelivering on their promises to clients.
We developed an authoritative voice that exudes confidence but is equally client-centered with caring and friendly tonal qualities. We wanted every sentence to showcase how invested the BIPR team is in seeing their clients grow and succeed, so the copy is reassuring, relatable, and designed around meeting business owners where they are.
